Reseller Terms of Service

This agreement is a revised version of ZOZO-TOWN's "Reseller Terms of Service". From the date of release of this version, the "Reseller Terms of Service" mentioned throughout the ZOZO-TOWN platform shall refer to these Terms.

1 Introduction

1.1 Welcome to the ZOZO-TOWN platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). Before using the ZOZO-TOWN platform or opening an ZOZO-TOWN account (hereinafter referred to as "Account") or opening an ZOZO-TOWN store (hereinafter referred to as "Store"), please read the following terms of service in detail to understand your relationship with ZOZO-TOWN Company, its affiliates and subsidiaries (individually and collectively) the legal rights and obligations of "ZOZO-TOWN", "we" or "our"). 1.3 ZOZO-TOWN platform refers to the websites and mobile shopping applications provided and operated by ZOZO-TOWN, including but not limited to the global ZOZO-TOWN shopping websites and mobile shopping clients.

1.4 If you use this service or open an account or store on this platform, it means that you irrevocably accept and agree to these Terms of Service, including the additional terms and policies mentioned in this Terms of Service/or provided by the link to this Terms of Service. At the same time, you should still abide by the terms of service rules of the site platform where you open a store in each country/region. Accepting and agreeing to these terms of service does not exempt you from the obligation to read and abide by the terms of service of the site platform where you open a store. ZOZO-TOWN does not participate in transactions between users. ZOZO-TOWN reserves the right to pre-screen users or content or information provided by users. ZOZO-TOWN reserves the right to remove any content or information you provide through this platform in accordance with Section 6.5. ZOZO-TOWN cannot ensure that users will actually complete the transaction.

1.6 Before becoming a user of this service, you must read and accept all the terms contained in and linked to these Terms of Service, and you must agree to the privacy policy regarding the processing of personal data of dealers and buyers ( If any) provisions.

5 Accounts and Security

5.1 Some functions of this service must be used by registering an account and store. 5.6 You have the right to terminate this Terms of Service between ZOZO-TOWN and you at any time in accordance with the method agreed by both parties. 6 Your Commitments and Guarantees

6.2 Commitments and Guarantees:

(1) You agree and guarantee that ZOZO-TOWN will not advertise, market or promote your products through any means (whether on the ZOZO-TOWN platform or other media) or use the information you provide to advertise, market or promote your products. Directly or indirectly infringes the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party;

(2) You promise and guarantee that the information you provide can be used by ZOZO-TOWN in advertising, marketing or promoting your products (whether on the ZOZO-TOWN platform or other media), and does not contain any defamation or other violations of any current laws in China and the region where the store is located content of regulations, and have completeness, accuracy and reliability. 6.3 The user license for this service is valid until the contract is terminated. This license will terminate upon the occurrence of the reasons for termination set out in these Terms of Service or your failure to comply with any term or condition of these Terms of Service. You agree not to:

6.5 You understand that ZOZO-TOWN and its trustees have the right (but not the obligation) to pre-screen, refuse, delete, remove or move any content provided through this platform (including but not limited to you through this platform) in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations or in compliance with the principle of good faith.
