A: Our minimum order quantity for watches is usually 100 pieces per style, but this may vary depending on the watch model and customization requirements.
3.Do you provide sample watches, and how much do they cost?
A: Yes, we offer sample watches for a fee that you can deduct from your order if you decide to proceed. The sample fee can vary depending on the watch model and customization requirements.
4.What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept various payment methods, including T/T, Card and Bank Wire through Wise.com and Azimo.com (元¥, US$, €, S$, £),Remitly(USA) ,Wechat Pay ,Alipay, Bitcoin, PayPal,Alibaba. For large orders, we may require a deposit upfront.

6.Can you provide OEM and ODM services?
A: Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. You can customize the watch case, dial design, straps, and other features to your
specifications.
7.What is your lead time for production?
A: Our lead time for production is usually around 45-60 days after receiving the deposit and sample approval. However, this may vary depending on the watch model and customization requirements.
8.Do you have any quality control standards?
A: Yes, we have a strict quality control process to ensure that each watch meets our high standards before shipment. We also welcome third-party inspections if required.
9.How long is watch quality warranty? What will you do if there is any quality issue?
A: We guarantee watch quality 12 months from the date we ship to you. If there are quality problems, we can either send spare parts for you to repair, or you can send back defective ones for us to repair.
